muy bien pies

hola! i know it's been a while, but i've been busy adventuring again. have just had the most amazing 10 days and am now feeling a little bit like someone has kicked me in the stomach now that the little trip is over. uoooff. ger arrived from china a couple of friday's ago and have only just dropped him off at the airport again this afternoon. can't talk about it. i had such a great time - lo he pasado muy bien - that i just don't even think i can put it in words. we went camping and swam with dolphins in the bay of islands - we almost touched them!! wild dolphins! swimming with US!! we braved the rather cool temperatures and sharks in the water at matapouri. stayed with kiff and mia in ohakune and ran around in the snow halfway up mt ruapehu until i could no longer feel my legs. went hiking in the forest with snow falling all around, melted in hot springs, wowed at fumeroles and bubbling mud, ate numerous delicious pies... just had the best time, ever. i miss that boy already. so damn much.
